We believe that each extension/ renovation or new home should have special features. The biggest extension or home is not necessarily the best. A home with character is much nicer than just big rooms. If planned correctly, every part of the home should be lived in.

Indulge yourself and you will get a lot of enjoyment from your home, as well as being practical.

Try and make the most of siting the house/extension on the block and have least as possible windows facing the west. Take advantage of the north wherever possible. This way the house will keep naturally cooler in the summer and take advantage of the winter sun.
